We're representing a leading electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-value projects across commercial, data centres, and mission-critical facilities. With tenders ranging upwards of $60m, this is an opportunity to step into a senior role with a business that thrives on technical excellence and complex delivery.

As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you'll play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate tenders for large-scale projects. You'll be working closely with a highly experienced team, bringing your technical expertise and industry knowledge to help secure landmark projects in Sydney.

What your day looks like:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale electrical and communications projects.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and assess technical compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with design and delivery requirements.
  • Contribute to tender submissions, value engineering options, and bid presentations.

About you:

  • Proven experience in electrical estimating within the Australian commercial construction sector.
  • Ideally, have an electrical trade background
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industry standards, and construction methodologies.
  • Software experience: Bluebeam, SIMPRO, Navisworks/ Revizto, Microsoft Project
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
