Pipeline Technics PTY LTD offers innovative service solutions for the civil construction and mining sectors in Western Australia. Our services include wet and dry plant hire, Culvert installation, civil engineering contracting, pipeline and pipelaying services, directional drilling, poly welding, and drainage contracts.
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team.
Responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing a high level of general administrative support. They also manage incoming and outgoing communications, schedule meetings, and maintain the reception area and office supplies.
Duties include, but not limited to:

Greeting Suppliers and Clients in a friendly and professional manner
-
Providing administrative support to training department, including data entry, meeting minutes, filing, and ensuring document control compliancy
-
Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence to the relevant party.

Managing security gate access and communications
-
Maintain board room meeting schedules, room preparation and shared calendar management
-
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
-
Supporting the broader team with various projects and tasks
Mandatory Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative assistant role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
-
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
-
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software
-
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
Desirable skills:
-
Previous Civil Construction experience
-
Previous data entry experience within a training organisation
-
Excellent Data entry skills
-
Time management
