About the Role:

Baptistcare is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator/Roster Coordinator to join our 73-bed Residential Aged Care facility in Midland. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and managing staff rosters to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and adequate coverage across all shifts.

Working closely with the Manager Residential Care, you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficient staffing operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating leave and training schedules, managing roster adjustments, and supporting various administrative tasks, including responding to payroll and staffing queries.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for planning ahead, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. About You:

To be considered, you will have:

• Proven experience in rostering and scheduling using electronic systems
• Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and interpret Awards and Agreements
• Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications, including strong skills in Microsoft Excel
