THE ROLE
The Public Relations Manager is responsible for building a strong industry network, increasing product and brand awareness, and enhancing ATG's corporate reputation through effective trade and consumer-facing media relations. You'll own and deliver the PR strategy across earned and owned channels, create impactful campaigns, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Executive leaders to bring our stories to life - from media campaigns and events to internal communications that connect and inspire our people. You'll bring creativity, initiative, and a hands-on approach to everything you do, embracing change and celebrating success along the way.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver PR strategies across trade and consumer channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media, editors, and journalists.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and story pitches.
  • Partner with the external PR agency to deliver campaigns and activations.
  • Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Coordinate journalist and influencer famil trips
  • Lead internal communications, including LinkedIn content and Town Halls
  • Support leadership with crisis communications and media responses.
  • Track and report on PR results and ROI.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years experience in public relations, corporate communications, or consumer relation
  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • A proven record of delivering impactful PR campaigns.
  • Excellent media relationships and confidence acting as a spokesperson.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience running PR events and brand activations.
  • Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
