About the Role

This position offers the chance to work across a range of industries including construction, civil works, landscaping, warehousing, and more. We're seeking candidates who are physically capable, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a crew.

Key Duties

  • Carry out general labouring duties across different sites and industries
  • Assist with tasks on building, landscaping, civil, and warehousing projects
  • Operate and maintain hand and power tools
  • Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Keep the worksite tidy and safe, following all safety standards
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of experience in a labouring role
  • Ability to safely use basic power tools
  • Must have a car and reliable transport
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Team player who can also work independently and follow instructions
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Adaptable and able to pick up new tasks quickly
