Dash Group is seeking reliable and hard-working labourers for a variety of projects across Melbourne's inner suburbs.

Work is available on schools, childcare centres, apartments, and high-end residential builds — giving you the chance to gain experience across different sites and settings.

What's on offer:

  • Ongoing casual work with immediate starts
  • $35 to 38 p/h + travel + super (depending on experience)
  • Inner-city locations – easy access via public transport
  • temp to perm opportunities for the right candidates

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 6 months construction site experience
  • White Card (essential)
  • WWC Ticket (employee)
  • PPE – steel cap boots, hard hat & hi-vis
  • Strong work ethic, physically fit & reliable
  • Own transport (preferred, but not essential if close to public transport)

Day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Site cleans & material handling
  • Assisting trades across carpentry, concreting, landscaping and fit-out
  • Using power tools & basic machinery
  • General labouring duties on live construction sites
