About the Role

JBS Pork Australia is seeking a dynamic Nutrition Manager to join our team in Corowa, NSW, on a permanent full-time capacity.  Reporting to the General Manager of Farm Operations, you'll be the driving force behind our nutrition strategy, developing programs that enhance performance, profitability, and sustainability across our farms and external partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Formulate diets for Rivalea and external clients
  • Provide expert technical support across the business
  • Develop and refine feed products for external markets
  • Oversee quality control of raw materials and finished feed
  • Manage feed cost budgets and raw material usage reporting
  • Lead nutrition-related trials with our Research & Innovation Unit
  • Coordinate weekly nutrition meetings and monthly performance reports
  • Ensure timely production and delivery of research diets
  • Review and meet annual objectives aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate across departments to support key business activities
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a culture of excellence
  • Perform other duties as directed.

About You

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in animal nutrition or related field
  • Strong knowledge of feed formulation and nutrition principles
  • Experience in intensive animal production systems
  • Advanced computer and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and logistics capabilities
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to influence positively
  • Strong time management and confidentiality skills
  • A current driver's license
