What You'll Do
- Provide expert agronomic advice in crop planning, nutrition, pest and weed management, and sustainable practices.
- Develop tailored farm plans that boost productivity, profitability, and soil health.
- Build trusted relationships with internal teams and support long-term external clients.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic team environment.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years' experience in broadacre cropping agronomy (dryland cropping highly regarded).
- Deep technical knowledge of crop nutrition, protection, soil health, and integrated pest management.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior agronomists (desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for identifying new opportunities.
- Enthusiasm for technology, data, and continuous learning.
