Our leadership is hands-on, our culture is collaborative, and our team is young, energetic, and passionate about growth, innovation, and building strong farming communities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert agronomic advice in crop planning, nutrition, pest and weed management, and sustainable practices.
  • Develop tailored farm plans that boost productivity, profitability, and soil health.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams and support long-term external clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic team environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years' experience in broadacre cropping agronomy (dryland cropping highly regarded).
  • Deep technical knowledge of crop nutrition, protection, soil health, and integrated pest management.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior agronomists (desirable).
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for identifying new opportunities.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, data, and continuous learning.
