About the Role

- 18-month, full-time, rotational program across pig production and elective streams in Nutrition, Genetics, and Health.
- Hands on experience, structured learning, and exposure to real world challenges.
- Mentorship and training to help you grow professionally.
- Opportunities to work on key projects and build your network across the agri-sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in training and development activities
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in industry networking events
- Contribute to project work in your chosen field
- Complete day-to-day operational tasks

Skills and Experience

- Recent degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or a related field
- A genuine interest in building a career in the agricultural/meat sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- Permanent work rights in Australia
