  • Organize and distribute coffee orders efficiently.
  • Ensure the café remains clean, well-presented, and welcoming at all times.
  • Monitor customer orders and manage wait times effectively.
  • Adhere to established recipes to maintain consistency in coffee shots.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Regularly clean group heads and handles between service periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista is essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to quality.

Position Details

  • Benefits: Employee discount, free drinks, and complimentary food
  • Schedule: Day shifts, including weekends, Monday to Friday, rotating roster
  • Supplementary Pay: Penalty rates apply
  • Experience Requirements:
  • Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
  • Barista: 3 years (required)
