What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale contaminated land projects from scoping to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Deliver high-quality reports, proposals and communications for clients and regulators.
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities alongside senior leaders.
• Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary specialists across Australia on major national projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance on projects.

What You'll Need:

• Degree qualified in Environmental Science/Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Minimum 8 years' professional experience in contaminated land consulting, including site assessments, remediation, and regulatory engagement.
• Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP – General, Site Contamination Specialist) or Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of national and state environmental regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to contaminated sites.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and delivery.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
• A commitment to safe, environmentally responsible project delivery.
