You'll collaborate with a specialist team of environmental scientists, engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, chemists, and remediation specialists to deliver a broad range of complex site investigation and remediation projects.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale contaminated land projects from scoping to delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Deliver high-quality reports, proposals and communications for clients and regulators.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities alongside senior leaders.
- Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary specialists across Australia on major national projects.
- Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance on projects.
What You'll Need:
- Degree qualified in Environmental Science/Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Minimum 8 years' professional experience in contaminated land consulting, including site assessments, remediation, and regulatory engagement.
- Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP – General, Site Contamination Specialist) or Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of national and state environmental regulations, guidelines, and standards relevant to contaminated sites.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and delivery.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
- A commitment to safe, environmentally responsible project delivery.
