About the Role:
Aptella are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be the face of our Balcatta branch. This is a crucial role aimed at providing an exceptional experience for our customers. The role encompasses showroom sales, hire and repair enquiries, along with branch-related tasks including logistics, stock inventory management, administration, and support scheduling. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will be a customer-focused professional with excellent communication and organisational skills. Your ability to build strong relationships, combined with your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, ensures you deliver exceptional service in every interaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively with a team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver excellent customer service in all showroom and phone interactions.
· Assist customers with rental, purchase, and repair enquiries, and provide product recommendations.
· Liaise with Field Services and Support teams to manage support calls and equipment requests.
· Schedule sales and rental deliveries with the field support team.
· Create and invoice work orders and showroom sales.
· Manage customer repairs, including booking in, processing returns, and ensuring customer collection.
