We are looking for experienced SECTION WAITERS to join our team

Grandfathers is a busy Chinese restaurant located in Angel Place in the heart of the Sydney CBD. We are open for lunch and dinner Monday-Sundays and are offering a flexible schedule spread over a 4 day working week, great tips, delicious staff meals each shift and a generous staff discount across our group including Pellegrino 2000, Clam Bar and Neptune's Grotto. The successful candidate will become part of a team of industry professionals that strive to produce a world class experience each service. As part of a growing restaurant group there will be unmatched opportunities for progression. A passion for restaurants, food, wine and hospitality are non-negotiable but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements:

· Exceptional customer service.

· The ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.

· Experience in a similar fine dining role.

· Strong teamwork and communication skills.

· Able to turn tables comfortably within a 2 hour time-frame
