We're looking for a driven and collaborative Integration Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering seamless digital integrations between client systems and MUFG Retirement Solutions backend technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle—from scoping and design to testing and implementation—ensuring the delivery of quality, cost-effective solutions that add real business value.
About the role
The primary focus of the role is to work between clients, business operations and IT to ensure that business requirements and functional requirements are identified, documented and delivered as a strategic and cost-effective solution providing business benefit and process improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Support the delivery of both MUFG Retirement Solutions and client-initiated integration projects, ensuring alignment with digital strategy.
- Collaborate closely with developers, solution consultants, and testers to ensure solutions are well-understood and meet the defined business needs.
- Conduct impact assessments, root cause analysis, and support production issues as they arise.
- Facilitate requirement changes and manage expectations through all stages of the project.
Perform peer reviews, traceability checks, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.
What you'll bring
- Integration experience with a technical understanding of the purpose and use of API's
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Business or Senior Business or Technical Analyst, ideally within superannuation, insurance, managed funds or registry services.
- Strong experience working with web-based applications and integration technologies.
- A solid understanding of structured project delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead client conversations, manage stakeholder expectations, and balance competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration and delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
