About the Role

  • Identify, develop and deliver outcomes for clients in various industries through WCA Solutions' range of HR services.
  • Deliver commercially driven HR Solutions by managing client expectations, and optimising resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by improving WCA Solutions' HR processes and tools.
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude by taking responsibility for actions, continuously learning, and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done when required.
  • Stay informed on Industrial Relations changes and new and innovative approaches to HR delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
  • 4 years' experience as an HR generalist.
  • Demonstrated experience with Australian industrial relations and HR compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex ER/IR grievances and investigations.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance management, workplace investigations, employee relations and handling of grievances, employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including provision of advice to managers and employees, as well as appropriate report writing for target audience.
  • Willingness to be part of an organisation that supports professional growth and rewards efforts.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.
  • Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia.
