Hydra Search are seeking a skilled
Control Systems Engineer
with a minimum of
3 years of experience PLC Rockwell/Allen Bradley.
You'll be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of control systems that ensure efficient and safe production processes across the mining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement control systems, including developing Scopes of Work, Functional Specifications, and Test documentation.
  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems.
  • Participate in panel Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and vendor integration testing.
  • Conduct FAT, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning while providing ongoing project support.
  • Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance for delivered systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven expertise in electrical control systems with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Experience with PLC Allen Bradley/Rockwell
  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying project demands
