Control Systems Engineer

NES Fircroft are partnering with a industry leading digital technology owner to source a suitably qualified Control Systems Engineer to support ongoing offshore commissioning projects throughout APAC

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $120 - $130 per hour + super on a long term contract basis
  • Additional allowance for travel
  • FIFO roster from anywhere in Australia on a 3 week on 3 week off roster
  • Long term development opportunities in a multinational technology company

About You

  • Extensive experience with DCS and PLC systems ideally with ABB800xA
  • Demonstrated offshore commissioning experience in the Oil/Gas or Energy sector
  • Expertise in Networking, Cyber Security and 3rd party PLC integration

Job Role

  • Cyber security and netowkring maintenance, trouble shooting
  • Fault finding across relevant DCS/PLC
  • Acting as the SME for control systems whilst on site
  • Stakeholder management
  • Condition Monitoring
