The Wests Group is excited to invite enthusiastic and motivated customer service professionals to express interest in joining our team at either Wests Nelson Bay or The Anchorage Hotel and Spa

Roles Available

We're looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join us in a variety of roles within our Wests Nelson Bay and Anchorage Hotel & Spa venues:

- Bar and Gaming Attendants - Deliver outstanding service in our bar and gaming areas. RSA and RCG will be required.

- Catering Staff - Food Court Staff, Kitchenhands, Cooks and Chefs. Experience in fast-paced kitchens or service is highly regarded.

- Restaurant Food & Beverage Attendants - Provide memorable dining experiences. RSA required for beverage service.

- Hotel Staff - Housekeeping and Guest Relations. Customer service experience and attention to detail are key.

To be considered for one of the above roles, candidates will be required to hold up-to-date certification evidence (i.e. RSA/RCG competency cards). This will be discussed prior to an interview.
