We are currently seeking a motivated, proactive, and highly organised Human Resources Officer to become a key member of our HR team. Based at our Head Office and reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, this is a dynamic generalist role that plays a vital part in supporting our people and operations.

You will be based out of the Head Office (based in Carina Heights) and reporting to the Human Resources Manager; this is a broad and impactful generalist Human Resources role. You will undertake a variety of HR operational and procedural activities in accordance with policy and legislative framework.

Major responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

· Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment, including job postings, offers, and onboarding processes.

· HR Compliance: Maintain HR records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and update HR policies and procedures.

· Training & Development: Organise training initiatives, online training profiles for new starters in LMS, coordinate with schools for placements and career development programs, supporting employee growth and performance reviews.

· Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive employee engagement, wellbeing programs, and support company culture initiatives.

· Offboarding: Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final paperwork.

· HRIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate HR reports.

· Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate probation reviews, employee check-ins, and lifecycle touchpoints.

Required skills and experience for this role:

· Certificate in Human Resources Management is highly desirable.

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.

· Confidence using digital forms, cloud-based registers, and HR systems.
