**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Kilcoy**

**Roster: Gold Shift**

As a Human Resource Officer | Production is to deliver effective, collaborative HR administrative and organisational support to the Production Supervisory team which contributes to compliant and seamless workforce practices which have a direct impact on business outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in fast paced customer service and administrative position
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management
- Good internal and external stakeholder management
- Able to display empathy, good conflict resolution
- Interest in further development in Human Resources
- Working on a new ERP system
