Cranfield Recruitment are working with a global brand based in Eight Mile Plains with contracts across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. They're looking for an Electrical Fitter Mechanic to join their team on a permanent C5 contract.

    • OR spread 38 hours across Mon–Fri with flexible start/finish times

    • Optional Saturday work (not compulsory)

  • Hourly rate: negotiable

About the role:

  • Build and assemble switchboards for transformers and major clients including Queensland Energy, Western Power, and Energy Fiji
  • Every project is custom-built, bringing plenty of variety day-to-day

Qualifications & Requirements (Australia):

  • Certificate III in Electrical Fitting or equivalent trade qualification
  • Current Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic licence (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with switchboards, transformers, and related equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to high-quality workmanship
