  • Experience supporting older people with higher needs (aged care, disability or community care background)
  • A genuine heart for people and the patience to walk alongside them in their journey
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
  • Current Police Check, Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Driver's licence, reliable vehicle, comprehensive car insurance
