We have a Casual position open in Home and Community support services, providing personal care assistance for our clients in Sunnybank, Mount Gravatt, Carina and surrounding regions.
As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes.
You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care – and who will support you every step of the way.
It is a requirement for our community roles all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence and be willing to travel throughout the region visiting clients in their own homes.
About the role Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.
These include: Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g.
transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation) Social connection and companionship As a Care Worker with Bolton Clarke, you'll enjoy: Reimbursement of $0.88 per km you travel when using your own vehicle.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
