Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Devonport, TAS, for a Trade Sales Specialist. The Trade Sales Specialist will be responsible for advising and assisting trade and retail customers, executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and offering training on products. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and helping to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in providing Training and product knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in the plumbing industry is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
