Workers Compensation Consultant

WCRS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced claims consultant to join the workers compensation team in The role offers competitive benefits, flexible hours and work from home arrangements.
What's the role?
- Manage a portfolio of complex workers compensation insurance claims across a diverse range of industries and clients
- Develop and implement pro-active injury management and support to client's return to work strategies
- Working with all stakeholders to achieve desired claims and RTW outcomes
- Providing clear guidance and support to clients across all state legislations.
- Work Closely with support team to obtain best outcomes.
- Meetings with clients and providers Australia Wide
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in workers compensation and RTW or Qualifications in RTW injury management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation across all states is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, written and verbal proficiency
- Be able to travel Interstate if required not essential.
