Our values are:

- Provide clinical supervision, debriefing sessions, and individual support to team members and volunteers, particularly following program incidents or challenges
- Support external promotion and advocacy efforts by attending media forums, creating mental health content for multiple platforms, and engaging with key stakeholders alongside the CEO
- Monitor mental health sector trends and continuously improve AKKF's clinical services, policies, and procedures to ensure they remain evidence-based and competitive
- Collaborate with the fundraising team as the mental health subject matter expert, contributing to grant applications and funding submissions
