Project Coordinator – Cybersecurity

Purpose:

Provide coordination, scheduling, and reporting support across a cybersecurity program. Keep delivery on track across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams.

Key focus areas:

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and registers (actions, risks, issues)
  • Coordinate project meetings, minutes, and status updates
  • Support vendor management, procurement tracking, and reporting
  • Help prepare governance and steering packs
  • Track budgets, resourcing, and milestones

Ideal profile:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst role
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Confident working with MS Project, Excel, or SharePoint (Jira a plus)
  • Can juggle multiple priorities and work in a structured delivery environment

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT programs
  • Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical teams
