Impact Drill & Blast
offers integrated drill and blast services, offering full Rock on Ground capabilities covering every stage of the project from survey, blast design, markout, drilling and bulk explosives supply to firing of blasts. With over 30 years' experience, we service clients who work in the civil, mining and quarrying sectors.

About the role

As we continue our rapid expansion within the industry, our Operational Team in South Queensland
 is seeking experienced 
MPU (Mobile Processing Unit) Operators.
 This role involves the timely delivery of bulk emulsion services and related tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Based out of our 
Toowoomba or Brisbane
area, with regular travel requirements, this opportunity presents a pivotal role within our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of MPU's in strict adherence to established procedures and manuals.
  • Conduct timely maintenance with thorough documentation.
  • Accurately complete all transportation, delivery, and quality control documentation.
  • Account meticulously for all raw materials loaded into MPUs and dispensed at customer sites.
  • Ensure prompt and complete delivery of all products.
  • Undertake general tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Desirable: 12 months or more experience as an MPU Operator.
  • Based in Toowomba or Brisbane
  • Minimum requirement: HC Driver's Licence.
  • National Police Clearance and Dangerous Goods Security Card.
  • Explosives Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety.
  • Ability to travel for work.
