A well known and busy restaurant located just outside of the Melbourne CBD is looking for a Restaurant Manager to take on the leadership of their already highly skilled team.

This role isn't about driving sales, it isn't about reinventing the service in the venue, it isn't about changing how the place runs, it's about enhancing the service…it's about working with the owners and helping maintain the quality of the service and the operation of the whole venue.

You must have at least five years experience in fine dining venues and you will be willing to be part of a team that you lead by example. You will be a driving force in the venue and you will work with the owners to make the service the best in the city.
