Key Responsibilities


• Lead & Develop – Inspire, mentor, and build a high-performing, engaged team.


• Drive Results – Achieve sales growth, control labour and costs, and deliver on KPIs.


• Run Operations – Manage rostering, stock, and compliance to brand and food safety standards.


• Elevate Guest Experience – Ensure every guest enjoys a consistent, memorable visit and handle feedback professionally.


• Build Community Presence – Strengthen local connections and position Schnitz as the restaurant of choice.

About You


• Experienced leader in hospitality, QSR, or retail.


• Strong with numbers — confident managing sales, labour, and costs.


• Hands-on operator who also thinks strategically.


• Guest-focused, approachable, and great at motivating teams.
