The Opportunity

We currently have opportunities for reliable employees to
join the team based at our Newcastle site to complement our existing workforce.
These opportunities are dayshift roles working between Monday to Thursday.

The available positions primarily provide support to our
Timber manufacturing division and may be required to work and provide support
in the Packing and Sewing division of the Newcastle operations.

The role generally includes the following types of
work:

·      
Operating equipment including planers, drills
and saws

·      
Operating hand tools including hammers, staple
guns and nail guns

·      
Sorting, stacking, and grading of timber

·      
Drilling and assembly of timber products using
jigs

·      
Some outdoor work maybe required assembling
custom pallets or boxes

·      
Maintaining a clean workstation and area

Successful Candidates will need to:

·      
have a strong focus on OH&S, working safely
and ensuring the safety of those around you,

·      
be reliable and punctual

·      
be able to work independently and as part of a
team

·      
be respectful and supportive of other employees

·      
have patience and the ability to remain calm,
dealing positively with people at all levels in a professional manner

·      
be able to work in a repetitive task environment

Successful applicants will be required to complete a NDIS Worker Check.
