Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Product Manager - Voice AI and Workflow Automation. The AI Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy, development, and management of voice AI and workflow automation features. Daily tasks include leading cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, analyzing market trends, and ensuring successful product launches. The role also involves closely collaborating with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Mining
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and proven experience with Analytics tools
  • Experience in product management, especially in AI and workflow automation
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
