Full-Time or Part-Time CEO (With Equity)

We're a lean, primed startup with real assets in the Crypto and AI space since 2021, looking for a hands-on CEO to drive capital, growth, and focus. Earn meaningful equity + deal-based commission. You'll shape strategy, close partnerships, and lead fundraising to convert our asset base into scalable revenue.

  • Lead fundraising and strategic partnerships
  • Own GTM focus and revenue targets
  • Hire/align a small A-team (sales/ops/engineering as needed)
  • Report to the board; implement lightweight KPIs, cash discipline, and compliance

  • A proven company builder/operator with heavy-hitter network
  • Fintech/crypto/AI capable
  • Deal-maker: can package assets into compelling narratives and close

Compensation

  • Equity + success-based commission (no base initially). Path to salary upon next round of funding.
