Banqueting Staff

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Banquet Casuals. As a Banquet Casual, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events and gatherings. This position offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet halls and event spaces according to the provided floor plans and specifications.
• Assist in arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other event decor to create a visually appealing and functional setup.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure timely and efficient execution of events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests by assisting with inquiries, addressing requests, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Serve food and beverages during events, adhering to established service standards and protocols.
• Monitor and replenish supplies during events, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in banquet areas, including post-event cleanup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate the timing and delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle basic audio-visual equipment setup and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet or event setup is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
