The role of Claims Executive works closely with our customers to support them when the unexpected happens, working with the insurer to ensure that the claims process goes as smoothly as possible.

About you

  • You are an experienced claims professional, specialising in more than one line of insurance and/or you have extensive experience in property claims
  • You have excellent communication skills and are confident relating to customers
  • You love providing great customer service and assisting others
  • You build strong relationships with others and recognise that this gets things done
  • You understand that different customers have different needs and prioritise accordingly
  • You want to learn in a growing, diverse organisation where full training is provided
  • •You're comfortable with computers and learning new systems.

About the role

  • Receive and review insurance claims
  • Respond to claims enquiries in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders as the claim progresses such as insurers, brokers, third parties
  • Maintain and update claims notes and files
  • Assess and discuss decisions with stakeholders to reach satisfactory outcomes
