Lexus of Perth is based in a stunning dealership in Osborne Park. They require a full time Licensing Officer to join a small admin team that handles all the administrative requirements of a busy luxury car dealership.

About the role

Required for immediate start the successful applicant's responsibilities will include the following:

  • Licensing of vehicles including new registration, transfers, renewals etc.
  • Experience in Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
  • Additional administrative tasks as per the Financial Controllers request

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Dealership experience is required
  • Dealer online licensing experience essential
  • TUNE experience is preferred but not essential
  • Is reliable, accurate and methodical, and pays attention to detail
  • Is energetic and positive
  • Has an excellent telephone manner
  • Is courteous and helpful
  • Strong computer skills and organisational skills
  • Has a smart and professional appearance
  • Team Player
