Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Senior Property Managers with property management tasks.
  • Conducting property inspections and liaising with tenants.
  • Managing key administrative tasks, including lease agreements, processing applications etc.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople.
  • Supporting front office operations with reception and client service duties.
  • Assisting with marketing and advertising of rental properties.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for real estate.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not essential – Assistant Agent Certificate a must
  • Prepared to work Saturdays
