About the Role

Step into a role where you will be responsible for full and partial residential discharge processes across multiple states.

You can take true ownership of your work, supported by our best-in-class systems, you'll enjoy autonomy while collaborating with key stakeholders and leveraging efficient, automated processes.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Taking settlement bookings via phone
  • Accepting PEXA invitations / bookings and responding to PEXA conversation
  • Communicating with clients, borrowers, solicitors and other lenders
  • Processing new discharge instructions & updating of internal workflow systems
  • Obtaining lender payout figures
  • Preparing discharge instructions and related documents
  • Receipting of security packets and audit of contents.

To Succeed, You Will Need

  • Experience in a similar (mortgage, customer focused) role, with a working knowledge of PEXA.
  • Experience working in a high volume/data processing environment.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
