A national mortgages provider is seeking mortgage discharges officer to complete the administration associated with discharging a mortgage. Due to increased volumes and growth, they currently have an opportunity available for a Discharges Officer to join their established team.

You will be responsible for managing the processes and customer communications of discharging clients mortgages. This role will heavily focus on discharges, however will also be required to assist in other tasks on a regular basis.

Tasks include:

- Lodging new discharge instructions
- Logging and processing of loan increases and product conversions
- Preparing final payout figures
- Experience in processing mortgages
- Worked in banking or for a mortgage provider
- The ability to prioritise work and perform under pressure
- A positive attitude and ability to relate well to other team members
- Focus and attention to detail
- Able to work within SLA's and timeframes
- Good team player and positive friendly personality
