TAS/ART Workshop Assistant (7-12)

Key Selection Criteria – the successful applicant for the position must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria:

  • Experience working in a workshop, industrial arts, STEM or creative arts environment.
  • Competent operation and maintenance knowledge of machinery such as bandsaws, drill presses, planers, routers, sanders, and 3D printers.
  • Competency with computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, stock management systems).
  • Strong understanding of WHS procedures and workshop safety practices.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
