Shape the Future for our members
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager who wants to make a real difference while driving commercial success? We're seeking a strategic relationship builder to help write our next chapter in the financial advice & employer sectors.
As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll leverage your deep industry knowledge to:
- Build and nurture relationships with financial advisers and licensees
- Drive the distribution & growth of HESTA's superannuation products and services
- Work strategically with our Business Growth team to convert employer opportunities
- Contribute to member-focused initiatives alongside our Member Engagement team
About You:
- Proven track record in business development within financial services, ideally within superannuation
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and demonstrated ability to overcome market challenges
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- RG 146 certified
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
