We are seeking an experienced Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the New York Deli Cafe & Sandwich Bar in Brunswick, VIC. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience. What you'll be doing

  • You lead from the front, you must have a strong latte art skills are flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure and still push quality.
  • Providing attentive and friendly table service to customers
  • Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen team
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory control
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries and complaints
  • You're willing to take direction, are a problem solver and are open to learn new skills.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Food and Beverage supervisor in a similar fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience to all customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
