POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Experts to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver memorable dining experiences across our restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and event spaces. Whether you're serving guests, setting up for events, or supporting your teammates, your passion for hospitality will shine through.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Operations

• Provide warm, professional service to all guests in dining and event areas.
• Assist with food and beverage service, table setup, and clearing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout service using "clean-as-you-go" practices.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Support opening and closing duties including restocking, cleaning, and setup.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Attend briefings and training sessions to stay informed and upskill.

Safety & Standards

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform guidelines.
• Protect guest privacy and company assets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate advantageous.
• Hospitality qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Hospitality) desirable but not essential.
