We're looking for skilled Male Support Workers to assist participants in Melbourne VIC. As a Support Worker at Serenity, you will provide person-centred, high-intensity support to clients in their own homes and the community. Your role will be essential in assisting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access while upholding safety, respect, and independence.
Ideal Candidates:
- Demonstrated experience working with high-intensity or complex care clients
- Experience using hoists, manual transfers, and catheter support
- Experience working with people with a psychosocial disability (ID, ASD, BPD, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, depression).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to travel in Heidelberg Heights, VIC and surrounding suburbs

- Independence and Initiative: Ability to work autonomously while making sound decisions in the best interest of the client.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $41.00 per hour
