The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Melbourne team in January 2026. This hybrid role (home/office) offers the chance to work autonomously while being supported by a national network of industry experts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing and managing an existing sales territory (60% new business, 40% account manager.
  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional account management.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Meeting both revenue targets and new client acquisition targets to drive business growth.
  • Developing a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Traveling within Melbourne to strengthen client connections.
  • Travel within Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria 3-4 days per week to strengthen client connections.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Proven sales experience (5 years +) with a track record of exceeding targets. Worked as a NBD for 3+years

Industry knowledge in flexible packaging, label printing, rewind, or manufacturing (preferred).

Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills – confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Strong relationship management – ability to nurture long-term partnerships.

Tech-savviness – proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Self-motivated & results-driven – ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
