Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Cutter to join our factory in Pemulwuy. This role is central to our production process and requires skill in working with a wide range of fabrics and garments, including dresses, tops, pants, skirts, jackets, uniforms, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut fabrics accurately according to patterns and production requirements.
• Operate and maintain industrial vertical/straight knife cutting machines and round blade cutters.
• Handle different fabrics (woven, knits, stretch, etc.) with precision.
• Work closely with pattern makers and production staff to meet deadlines.
• Ensure fabric is used efficiently with minimal wastage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Cutter in garment manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with industrial cutting machines (vertical/straight knife and round blades essential).
• Knowledge of Lectra systems will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work.
• ABN registered (for contractors).
