The Role:

We're looking for a Night Auditor to manage overnight operations, support guest services, and ensure smooth hotel running. You'll balance financial transactions, assist guests, coordinate room service, support housekeeping, and maintain security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nightly audits and reconcile transactions.
  • Check in/out guests and manage reservations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle enquiries.
  • Assist with room service, housekeeping, and emergencies.
  • Support sales and promote hotel facilities.
  • Ensure safety and security during overnight hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently overnight and handle emergencies calmly.
  • Knowledge of RMS or similar systems is a plus.
