If you have great people skills and strive for excellent customer service, if you have a flair for entertaining and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, we want to hear from you

The job involves long days and requires the ability to work any day of the week (as our tours operate 363 days of the year) including public holidays.

Having numerous staff who simply work when they are available, this is perfect for someone looking for just 1, 2 or 3-4 days a week. Flexibility is key.

For this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and extremely reliable, and:

  • Already holds a min Light Rigid (LR) licence (this is a must)

  • Already have a Passenger Transport (PT) endorsement

  • Must enjoy providing informative and interesting commentary

  • Attend to and anticipate guests needs

  • Pick up and drop off guests at their locations

  • Maintain professionalism throughout the tour (this is a must)

  • Be of pleasant manner, respect others and relate well to people of all ages

  • Present neatly

  • Sound and solid driving history

  • Even temperament and common sense

  • High levels of customer service

  • Have confidence in their capabilities

  • Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry

  • Previous experience in dealing with groups and crowd control

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full drivers licence and endorsement for Commercial Passenger Vehicles WA/Hold a Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation

  • Have a valid National Police Clearance certificate

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening)

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in Australia

  • Currently residing in Perth

  • MUST HAVE a genuine interest and drive to provide fantastic customer service to all customers of varying nationalities - all of the time.

Pay: From $38.75 per hour
