ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Brisbane-based team. Reporting to the Director of Environmental Consulting, you'll manage complex projects such as ecological assessments, habitat restoration, and environmental impact studies for local and state government clients.
This is an office-based role, with occasional site visits to verify safety compliance. You'll work closely with ecologists, field staff, and GIS specialists, using NetSuite to manage planning, tracking, and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and deliver multiple environmental projects
- Coordinate with internal teams including ecologists, field staff, and GIS specialists
- Use NetSuite for project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Prepare and review high-quality reports and deliverables
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Ensure safety compliance
- Utilise tools such as NetSuite, Excel, MS Teams, and GIS software
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will have
- Project management skills to deliver on time and within budget
- Proven ability to coordinate project teams and support team collaboration
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Experience with contract management and subcontractor engagement
- Strong OH&S standards and the ability to prioritise the safety of the teams in the field
- Ability to manage resources across multiple projects
- A passion for the environment and achieving positive outcomes
- Well-developed analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
The following qualifications and experience would be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, ecology, or a related field
- PMP certification or similar project management accreditation highly valued
- Experience with (ERP) systems, especially NetSuite
- Background in an environmental consultancy
