Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Apply industry-standard project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, operational teams, IT, and commercial partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure business alignment and successful delivery.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Change Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead change initiatives, ensuring effective adoption of new systems, processes, or technologies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by using data and feedback to refine project delivery.
  • Support broader business transformation initiatives, aligning projects with long-term strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing both IT and business-related projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded, with experience in budget oversight and business case development.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with change management and process improvement in complex environments.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable
